By sending this form you give permission to sports club Demirci Gym Maastricht to send standing debit orders to your bank, to continuously debit an amount from your account in accordance with the order from sports club Demirci Gym Maastricht (this only applies to the monthly memberships).

Per June 2024 the monthly membership will increase with €2.50 per month and €5.00 for the 10 classes card.

Membership

The depreciation will be debited monthly on the 1st business day of the new month.

After purchasing a membership, you can cancel your membership monthly after 3 paid months. Please take into account a 30-day cancellation period.

Trial lesson

Before participating in a trial lesson, it is mandatory (for both children and adults) to register in advance via the website. Select a trial lesson under the heading 'membership' and fill in all the details. We charge €12.50 and will offset this amount with the registration costs if you opt for a membership.

I declare that I have entered into an agreement of membership with Demirci Gym Maastricht and am obliged to comply with the contribution provision on a monthly basis (this does not apply for the trial class). I do not have any medical conditions and/or do not use medications that may affect me in such a way that there may be health risks when following the training courses. Both DEMIRCI GYM MAASTRICHT and the trainers do not accept any liability for material or immaterial damage as a result of any accident or injury.
