General conditions

1. Membership
1. The agreement is for an indefinite period of time, and ends if either party terminates it.
   In the event of the member's failure to cancel in time, the agreement will be tacitly renewed for the same period. This only applies to a monthly payment. For the other forms of payment offered, only the duration purchased applies. (Such as a one-year subscription).
2. When cancelling, a month's notice applies.
3. Even in case of temporary cancellation, one month's notice period applies.
4. Training times can be changed by Demirci Gym at any time, this will be indicated in time. The gym is closed on public holidays. The period in which these days fall should normally be met by the member. Custom training times and days may apply during the summer period.
2. Registration fee
   
   1. The registration fee consists of administration costs.
   2. The registration fee is collected with the first SEPA collection
3. The contribution
   
   1. The tuition fee is also paid if, for whatever reason, one does not participate in the activities, this is not relieved of his financial obligations.
   2. Any increase in tuition fees will be indicated in good time before it is applied.
   3. A hassle-free payment must be ensured. If the payments have not been received, for whatever reason, payment should be made as soon as possible.
   4. In the event of non-payment of funds (in a timely manner), the collection of this will be in the hands of a collection agency. All costs resulting from this, such as judicial and/or extrajudicial costs, will be borne by the participant.
4. Cancellation of membership
   
   1. Termination of membership by Demirci Gym can take place immediately, and/or if the member is in violation of one of the house rules, and/or if the member exhibits lewd behavior.
   2. Cancellation of the membership by the member can only be done in writing or email at least 1 month before the end of the contract period.
   3. Deregistration is only possible in writing. The deregistration shall not apply until all payments have been made and signed by both parties, if a minor signs a parent or guardian. The member cannot unsubscribe by telephone, sms or other media.
   4. After termination of the membership, the member cannot claim previous paid registration fees, tuition fees or other credits.
5. Liability
   
   1. The member is in possession of his own health insurance.
   2. Demirci Gym is not liable for stolen or lost items of the member.
   3. The personal data is private and is not provided to third parties. They are only used for administrative purposes.
